HOW DOES A BIO FIREPLACE WORK?
A bio fireplace is powered by biofuel, which is based on ethyl alcohol. Therefore, it does not require connection to a chimney system or electricity. This is a convenient solution that allows you to freely place the bio fireplace anywhere.
IS A BIO FIREPLACE SAFE?
Yes, bio fireplaces are simple devices that are considered safe. It is important to use them according to the manufacturer's recommendations. The advantage of bio fireplaces is that they do not require chimneys and burn ecological alcohol, which eliminates the risk of carbon monoxide poisoning. As with any device, you should follow the operating instructions and exercise caution when using a bio fireplace.
DOES A BIO FIREPLACE HEAT?
A bio fireplace works well as a source of additional heat for heating rooms. We can raise the temperature by 2-3 degrees in a short time. However, it is worth remembering that the bio fireplace should not be the main source of generated heat. It is important to match the size of the bio fireplace to the room to achieve optimal results. The perceived temperature and heat may vary depending on the size of the room. For example, for rooms of about 25m², the temperature increase will be noticeable.
WHERE CAN YOU USE A BIO FIREPLACE?
A bio fireplace is suitable for use in both houses and apartments. The place where it will be installed must be made of non-flammable materials - e.g., a concrete wall. Bio fireplaces can also be used in gardens and on terraces in good weather, protecting them from moisture if necessary.
CAN A BIO FIREPLACE BE HUNG UNDER A TV?
A bio fireplace can be hung a minimum of 60 cm from flammable materials. When hanging under RTV/AGD devices, the distance should be increased as the heat generated by the bio fireplace rises upwards. We do not guarantee the safety of devices hanging over the bio fireplace, as this depends on their degree of fire resistance.
WHAT BIOFUEL TO USE IN A BIO FIREPLACE?
For bio fireplaces of our production, biofuel must be in liquid form and the bioethanol content should not exceed 96%. We recommend using biofuel of our production. We do not recommend biofuel in gel form.
DOES BURNING BIOFUEL GENERATE SMELL?
Burning our neutral biofuel does not emit odors.
HOW LONG DOES IT BURN IN A BIO FIREPLACE?
Our biofuel, depending on the size of the flame, burns at a rate of 1 liter per 2-7 hours. The burning time of 1 liter of biofuel may vary depending on the specific model of the bio fireplace. This is important information that allows for planning the use of the bio fireplace.
HOW TO EXTINGUISH A BIO FIREPLACE?
Each bio fireplace comes with an extinguisher that cuts off the oxygen supply to the burner. In a few moments, the bio fireplace is extinguished. After the burner cools down, it is ready for use again.
HOW TO CLEAN A BIO FIREPLACE?
A bio fireplace is powered by biofuel that does not generate soot or smoke. The bio fireplace can be gently wiped with a microfiber cloth.
